The back button is F4 not Escape. I think the OS is labeled as 2001, version 2.?. The main screen looks like an Atari game. It is completely inappropriate to the size and volume of our store. I've worked for some companies that moved from DOS based systems to other systems like Siebel or PEGA. You'll miss the old school terminal went that happens.
