Well I dislike hypotheticals, but let me sound like an ass when I say I would destroy the poor, desperate region that mostly can't even take care of itself, that is also incredibly overpopulated by hundreds of millions which is a key contributor to why it can't take care of itself. I am tempted to call it a dumpster of humanity. And race isn't a factor at all.

"Hmmm". Only reason to legitimately answer Africa is if you know people there. It would do the world more of a service than harm, and I'm no racist. Just looking at the facts. What of meaningfulness besides marathon runners has Africa produced in the last 100 years?
