If there's one place that definitely needs to be "restarted", it's Japan. That culture is ruining the world, and needs to be cleansed.
Yeah because turning two of their cities into glass-filled craters really brought about a great restart last time we tried it

There is no right answer, and the only "correct" thing to do is to compare the natural resources of both geographies.
The "correct" thing is to dismiss the question and not even consider it, but it's funny how you think your way isn't an awful.
