I played Kazooie a couple years back (for the first time in over a decade, so it was a relatively "fresh" run), and it took me a little over ten hours to 100% it. Worth noting that I was playing the 360 version, which makes collecting all of the notes much easier and faster than it was in the N64 version.
I played Tooie immediately after that, and it took me a little over ten hours just to complete the game with the bare minimum amount of collectables. Tooie's a lot bigger.
