Tooie relies a bit too much on mini-games, is a little too big for its own good, and takes a bit too long to get anything done.
One (me) can easily spend 3 hours in Grunty Industries before finding a jiggy on their first play through. >_>
I don't mind the mini games that much, but Tooie's biggest issue for me is definitely the size of the worlds. So easy to get lost without a clue of where to go.
