Kazooie does have a more complete ending if you get all 100. Although you just need 94 to beat it. In Tooie it's 70 out of 90. Anyway, it's pretty difficult to say which game is better, but there is one factor that tips the scales in heavy favor towards the first one: Canary Mary.
