The series follows inverse Star Trek film logic in terms of game quality (which is to say, the odd numbered ones are the good ones, as opposed to Star Trek where it's even). Especially if we count Peace Walker as MGS5.
MGS3 is one of the best games ever made. Enjoy.
MGS2 and MGS4 are better than the bulk of the odd-numbered Trek films, and Trek XI is actually pretty good and finally broke that line for me.
