I have flash on my phone, but I had to manually update my phone software, which thankfully was not very difficult. Even then, if flash stuff is not optimized for mobile use, then it's going to run like crap.


I guess it depends on what you have. I'll admit I only have a lot of experience with my current phone, but nearly everything seems to run as it would on a computer. Hell, I don't even use my computer anymore, unless I need to use a program that's specific to computers. I don't think it will be very long before this becomes the norm.

I don't know about the iPhone 5 though. Personally I think the phone would be kind of a joke if they kept ignoring Flash content.

I can almost guarantee that Apple will not be putting Flash on their iPhone (or iAnything) anytime soon. Apple and Adobe have been in a corporate fight for some time now. Apple is pushing some new web standards over proprietary things like Flash. I've been semi-following this fight for a while (not as much as I should, though), and I've been pretty amused by it.


Huh. They're really making it easy for Google to take over...
