Vlado, you are really out of place in this topic. You have no idea what you are talking about.
a small office of 8 employees. my Desk faces hers and I watch her do nothing all day long. She will be texting on her phone and the Office Phone will ring, everyone else is knee deep in work and she doesn't even budge to pick it up.
The only thing you are right about is that I do not directly oversee her duties. I have my own department that I run.
