I love the characters. Uncharted has better characters than most games. Nate's right up there with Yuri for me. As far as the story, its fun to follow, but it's not as interesting in the same way Assassin's Creed or Metal Gear Solid are. It's not a continuous, developing storyline with a lot of twists and mystery, although UC1 and UC3 seem like they're going to be more closely linked together than UC1 and 2 were. For the most part, the stories begin and end in a single game. They're fun to follow, though, and the presentation is unmatched.
