People generally seem to hate the ice creams. Look at how they did in this contest (and lots of people, including me, glad to see them gone).
I think a food pokemon is pretty lame, but I'm cool with robot/mechanical pokemon. I also like Metagross and Golurk. The gears aren't as well-designed as either of those, but they're kind of cute, so they're worth a save here and there.
