Well, he defended himself in the Save My Random Character topic and was allowed to vote again. I don't recall seeing anything that would indicate him being an alt, such as using two different accounts to vote for the same character, so he doesn't seem suspicious to me.

Sounds like your describing Red Rose to me. I've seen r_pro around, but never outside of a contest setting. I won't complain he's out but he's allowed to vote in my topics and other topics. Still, could be anybody.
