Well, a $50 price drop was never going to completely change the game. I don't know that $250 becomes a much more enticing price point over $300 for people who didn't want one before. It'll do better during the holidays by being cheaper, but it isn't going to set the world on fire. The PS3's problem right now, in America, is that it doesn't have a big casual catch like the 360. It's not the go to for people who want to play dance games.
not for lack of effort on Sony's part. it's also not the go to for people who want to play typical games, not in this country anyway.
