EU Luke was already broken and ridiculously strong before the most recent book series started, and now in that series they've given him the ability to teleport objects around. So far he's only done it with smaller stuff...but still, that's ridiculous. And he's the first known Jedi to have mastered it.
Even Han and Leia's kids would be pretty far up there in the rankings, as would a number of NJO Jedi.
