Ash meets a guy named Anthony, who had his ribbons stolen by Team Rocket, so he can't compete because the ribbons are worth so much to him that even though he could report the theft and compete anyway, it wouldn't be the same and WHAT
Does that random-ass extra have a Dragonite?! What?! Oh, Ash agrees to help him look for Team Rocket, and they succeed (I can't make any jokes out of it, it's not very interesting).

Tells May to use Skitty in the second round and use only assist. This time, even May's mom can tell how stupid this idea is, but she decides to do it anyway.
Cut to the contest, and we learn that in addition to Contesta and Mr. Sukizo, there are three Nurse Joys acting as judges, who all speak perfectly in sync.
For the second round, Harley sends out his Banette, or as I like to call it, his "Completely Appropriate for Children."
Banette summons eerie blue flames and shocks itself with thunder while laughing like it's Satan. Anthony and Drew also make it, and May's plan to spam assist works out, Skitty using only impressive attacks like silver wind, razor leaf, and flamethrower, and even solar beam, which we learn Munchlax knew all along but never told anyone. At this point, I learned my video was corrupted and couldn't continue the episode (seriously), but I checked a synopsis, which tells me that May realizes that Harley is obviously evil.
