For the second round, Harley sends out his Banette, or as I like to call it, his "Completely Appropriate for Children."
Banette summons eerie blue flames and shocks itself with thunder while laughing like it's Satan.
How is that a good idea for a contest like this?
I somehow missed this post. In fairness, the judges also grade on cleverness and use of surprise.
