Question, is his audience hax something he tries to hide or is it well known?
He's the quintessential cryptic man. He'd probably greet Neuro with "Ohhhhh, so you're the devil detective from the underworld who grows less powerful with the passage of time on earth, has access to seven hundred, seventy-seven tools..." and so on, giving the Devil Detective his complete biography to unnerve him. Then if he felt like it would entertain The Audience more to see him lose he'd go down like a feather. If he felt like winning he'd go "And since I know all your secrets...I have power over you now. Ta-ta!", and kill Neuro with his own trick.
