Honestly, I might have to agree with you about Seinfeld being overrated. I love the show, don't get me wrong, but I can't say in good conscience that it's in the top-tier of sitcoms (where Arrested Development, Frasier, etc. are).
But Kramer? The guy's underrated, if anything! Absolutely brilliant character.
