It wasn't easy, but Michael Bluth managed to survive against a surprisingly strong Joey yesterday, winning 36-25. I'm relieved - Michael is my favorite fictional character ever, and it would have been sad to see him leave so early! Also, in what could be seen as an upset by some, Newman managed to defeat Monk in a really fun match. On to Day 6!


RULES:

1) No alts. Seriously, nobody likes dealing with that ****!
2) There are four matches per day. You don't have to vote in all of them, though.
3) Be clear with your votes! Enough said.
4) Once you post, you can't change your vote... so make your first attempt count!
5) This contest is being held on four different boards: GameFAQs Contests, Poll of the Day, Television: Broadcast TV and Television: Cable and Satellite. You can only vote in one of the topics, though.
6) Matches will last no longer than 24 hours.
7) Even though the name of the name of the contest is "Best Sitcom Character Ever," the contest's definition of "sitcom" is loose; characters from all primarily comedic scripted programs were eligible. So, my personal recommendation would be to vote for your favorite character in each match-up, regardless of whether they're from traditional sitcom programs or not - but of course, how you vote is up to you. :P

Honestly, I might have to agree with you about Seinfeld being overrated. I love the show, don't get me wrong, but I can't say in good conscience that it's in the top-tier of sitcoms (where Arrested Development, Frasier, etc. are).

But Kramer? The guy's underrated, if anything! Absolutely brilliant character.
