...there is absolutely nothing lame about Darmanitan. It is the best in-game Pokemon that isn't a starter. Two forms, nice little story with its evolution, leanrs Flare Blitz early, high attack, deep movepool, fun design, looks like it will f*** you up.
It is straight-up awesome in every way.
(Krookodile is one of the other great ones too)
