Fizz has turned into Poppy.
Awful as all hell early game (If you can't beat him early levels then you are just bad). Beast late game (late wasn't nerfed really at all)
In other words he's awful.
Have you tried jungle Fizz ermine? Or was that what you were running?
Jungle Fizz was nerfed too. I can do top mid or jungle.
