It was.
And now there's this huge ass pvp exploit that means some people already reached end-game (and apparently that one endgame instance is bugged and unbeatable), doesn't mean much for pve servers, but for PvP servers it means that those who benefited from the headstart have a HUGE advantage. Bioware tried hiding the fact for a while by deleting posts about it on the forum but they couldn't do it for too long, now they just said that they'd punish exploiters.
Problem is how can they differentiate exploiters from people who genuinely want to try PvP? (The exploit is that if a PvP game ends prematurely because of lack of players the participants still get massive XP).
They can either, not give a ****, fix the bug and leave the overlevelled players alone, ban everybody who seemed to be exploiting the bug (I did say seemed) or do a rollback.
