The lizards are easy with the right strategy. ALWAYS swing at their side that doesn't have their big shielded arm. This will make them dodge instead of block and counterattack. Usually after they dodge, they'll do their taunt. When they taunt, take a second to see which side they are leaving unprotected and attack it.
