Metroid Prime was pretty beastly last year, and Brawl may just be the second strongest Nintendo game (yes, it lost to MM, with bandwagon and rally power). I mean, Metroid Prime is probably top 10 Nintendo games in strength. From the reception and sales, Skyward Sword is probably that level or higher. Now, Skyrim beat that in several polls, and would logically beat Fallout 3 pretty easily. So yeah, Skyrim could probably challenge, though maybe not beat, Brawl. And if you can beat Brawl, without FFVII or OoT in the way, you're a possible winner. I don't think Skyrim would win a games contest, but it would definitely be a possibility, and would prove that strong Nintendo games don't always win.
