I think there are a bunch of good games on the NES that have aged really well. The Marios, Punch-Out!! (still one of the funniest games around), Contra, Mega Man II, Zelda 1... etc. I also still enjoy games like Clu Clu Land, Ice Climber, Rad Racer and Mach Rider as much as ever, though I can see how some would find those titles dated.
In general, though, it does seem like the NES's reputation has really taken a nose-dive in the past two/three years. Not entirely sure what's up with that.
