It depends on what they do with Ra's Al Ghul and whether it leads to Liam Neeson coming back as the antagonist.
The fact that his body was in the prologue suggests that Bane won't be the main villain and that he's merely working for a revived Ra's.
Would a revived Ra's really fit in Nolan's "realistic" Batman world?
Super advanced medicine instead of Lazarus pits would work.
