I don't even see people really complain about Pokemon like that ever, but I never spend time on the game boards and I never will.
Every generation has some crappy forgettable Pokemon. Some more than others (3rd gen being the worst). I don't even understand how people can complain about new designs. Yeah, some of them suck, but there have been silly and stupid designs since the first generation. Get the hell over it.
