I don't consider it the worst case in the series because there are 2 that make me wish I'd skipped them, which is pretty much what 1-1 is! Some people consider 2-1 as bad as 1-1 but longer, so the badness takes more time. I put 2-1 ahead myself, but can definitely see that line of thinking. 1-1 does have some of the better "Phoenix is stupid" moments too though - Cinder Block, anyone?
Damn, this topic is making me want to do a character ranking list so bad.
