i mean there's a couple problems in there. takes off hat, spins it around, fires beam of light. fine so far, except there's a step in there to do it and the line basically just says that it's just a beam of light, nothing about its speed. then ignoring how she can fit an incantation in that short period of time, the first one just... doesn't even appear to move for no reason. like the other one catches up to it just fine from nothing which shouldn't be possible no matter how you slice it (get it). the incantation is after BOTH of them are right there no less.
i mean i ain't even sure if it were as goo das you're saying mirror bounce would even work in the first place either, but whatever there. she kinda got owned from the return hit anyway.
but this is about as 'light speed' as that one piece guy's kick. sure, it's a beam of light, and sure it's fast. but doesn't come off as speed of light in a vacuum at all.
