The only thing I would say the game definitely did wrong was explaining the story of Adam and Eve but not Kuwabara. I know it made perfect sense for Japanese gamers, but the exact opposite needed to happen for the English translation and it didn't.
A codec call or something for Kuwabara would have been fantastic, but yeah, it was probably really obvious for Japanese gamers so it wasn't included.
Makes Volgin's final scene SO much better if you understand it. "Who's afraid of a little thunder?"
