Advice from someone who went through what you're talking about and graduated/found employment:

Number one thing: find regular support. Someone to talk to. Family, an extremely close friend, maybe even a school-supplied counselor. That's what they're here for. If you can, find hugs. Friendly touching is important, believe it or not.

Food, water and ibuprofen. Make it easy to get sustinence without leaving your living space.

Write lists of things to do, break them into smaller pieces. Tackle one at a time.

Maybe try sleeping pills- the strong kind. Nothing sucks more than getting screwed over by sleeping pills that don't work. Go to sleep extremely early- like 8pm. Leave yourself 12 hours before you have to wake up.

If you're really desperate, get a prescription for adderal. Not the wimpy time release kind. Focus on how that will make your tasks ("work") a new and fun experience. It'll turn you into superman for a while. I say don't use this unless you need to, not because it's bad but because you may find you want to go back to the old you later. It's sort of a one-time boost.
