I'm curious, since I've seen others post about this (but really haven't paid attention) - is this your only charge?

Regardless, have you ever been to prison before (including home detention if that was offered)?
I'm going to assume this isn't your first matter involving the police?

If you look at the news article I am also charged with 13 counts of unlawful intercept because they are politically motivated charges just like those charges always are.

I have been to jail and I have been on house arrest.


Anyways, I have the 1st amendment and the 14th amendment that allowed me to file a grievance if I thought lets say the first cop making a smartass remark from the get go about me recording was unprofessional and discourteous and the same of the other cop condescendingly asking the crowd if what he was saying made sense to anyone else. These are rights afforded to Americans and they should not be declined.
