Naw, around most people on CE he is a pretty decent guy. Based on what I understand about the situation, XSquader dealt with his landlord harassing him and literally breaking into his place. Who wouldn't be pissed off at the authorities over that entire situation? What XSquader does may be controversial but it is not illegal.

3. The cop in that video does not get paid enough.
4. This is sad.
5. Get help. Serious help. Not your bi-weekly talks with a counselor.

Your response to this? "That is your opinion". I know, we've heard it. It's also the opinion of 98% of the people responding to your topics. Get serious help. Research serious avenues for mental evaluation and treatment. You really need it. And this is coming from an older, responsible individual who rarely ever posts. I would take you more seriously if you stuck to facts rather than opinions. I am rarely incorrect because many things read clearly. The thing is many people do not read clearly. This is especially true in the US. That being said, if I'm wrong based on your opinion but you can't refute my claim then stop assuming I'm wrong. Fallacious reasoning also doesn't change fact versus fiction.

"You're free to go" simply means you aren't being detained. It's not a command to leave. The officer agreed to this statement in court while I cross-examined him. He also agreed there was no disturbance until after the left officer threatened me.

You were being so loud and obnoxious that people on the street were ready to attack you and the cop that you continually lambasted with gay slurs and other expletives was actually protecting you and trying to keep from bothering you. If you had your way, half that building's residents would have been screaming right back at you.

Other than one single neighbor my neighbors have no issue with me. That being said, the statement "that people on the street were ready to attack you" is entirely made up and shows that either you feel the need to spread false information for those who don't feel like watching the whole thing or you simply are incapable of viewing a situation accurately and should never step foot in a court room as witness to anything.

Seriously, do you not understand how you keep accelerating situations and getting in trouble? Even if you ever have a point, you ruin it by acting in a manner where your behavior constitutes harassment. At that point, it doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, you are now on the line for harassment. Even if they are wronging you, that doesn't give you carte blanche to do whatever you want in response.
