The officer testified in court when asked "When I was free to go being that I was free that means I had the choice right?" and he said "Yes". Therefore he agreed with me on the stand. Yes, you had the choice to leave, or to remain and continue to be disruptive. They literally didn't know where I was when they got there and asked like 3 different people if it was them the person was talking about. They created the disturbance themselves.
