Topic	Can I complete Persona 4 without changing Persona's very often?

However, there are cards in shuffle time that give single point boosts to stats and there's a card that immediately levels up your equipped Persona so with enough of those your Persona can potentially get ahead of everyone else. Wait are those stat boost cards permanent? I was getting a ton in my first dungeon. So much that I didn't take them because I assumed they were only going to last for that one dungeon.
