I'm not sure why anyone is even taking the time to give advice here. As someone who has worked nights at liquor stores I've seen people like TC many times come in and start problems for no reason, just to be an annoyance and the same thing happens every time the cops are called.
Aka cops come, mentally disordered guy starts problems and acts too tough, cop does the usual SMH and has to arrest the guy who's being annoying.

You disproved your credibility right there considering I don't even drink. That being said I am assuming you know English? "Am I being detained OR am I free to go" is two options and two options only. When he said "Free to go" all he said was "You're not being detained" NOT "You have to leave" because if he were saying "You have to leave" that would not be FREE to go that would be "You HAVE to go" or "You MUST go". If you are STILL confused then just look up the definition of the word "free" within this context.
Basically the cop didn't know what the words he was using meant and expected others to misunderstand them as he did.
Ehh we sold chips and stuff too, but unfortunately the cop has better things to do than dealing with this. Murders, domestic violence, drugs, shootings etc. On the list of priorities this issue is very small, and as conceited as you are, you don't matter much here. Gamefaqs may be the only place where your tiny voice is even being heard, but outside of here nobody cares. We only see a mentally unstable man freaking out and being taken away. I spent a little bit of time doing police work and worked towards a criminal justice degree out of pure passion, so I've seen this issue time and time again. This seems to be the only thing that gives your life purpose and makes you feel like you matter, so I guess you can proceed on this crusade, but this is a waste of energy. tbh
But since you can't see over your own nose and you show some selfishness, this message will also fall on deaf ears. pop some pills and find a better therapist. You may not matter as much as you think and I know that's hard to realize, but that's reality.
You do realize that 2 people on that video, including one being the dispatcher mentioned me being on Facebook. The second lady even said "Everyone knows him". Part of the reason they are pissed is because I control about 1/4th of the local media and I don't have the special interest the newspaper does as the newspaper is owned by the people who run the local ISP which is has had it's hand in the city forever.
