Trump has flat out said he will bomb them if they go through with it* I doubt it. Let's say they do the nuke test. As long as he doesn't do it in an area populated by dissidents, and it's on (or likely underneath) NK Soil, the US doesn't really have the moral high ground to do anything. Kim is a douche, but he's smart enough to skirt the line in what he does so that the US can't do anything.
