Look at current developments: He realized he can't unilaterally do anything (Obamacare) and he looks bad when he fails. He just came off a meeting Xi where he literally got lectured on the region. North Korea isn't a campaign promise. Trump isn't going to order a strike for any reason except to increase his popularity. What benefit would there be for him to engage there? His base doesn't give 2 shits about NK, and realistically most Americans aren't afraid of a NK nuke strike on US soil. The only way I see him going there is if Kim does something that kills US soldiers stationed in SK/Japan. When that happens Korean War Part 2 will start. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
