Yes No View Results 18 y/o Jared Dylan Smith from Louisiana was arrested for DISTURBING THE PEACE after swore in front of a 75 y/o elderly woman!! He was standing next to the 75 y/o when he yelled F* and "clearly" disturbed her peace!! He was booked for his foul language and disorderly conduct and his bond was set at $200. He DENIED the allegation and there were no other witnesses. Louisiana law states disturbing the peace as "addressing any offensive, derisve or annoying words to any other person who is lawfully in ANY STREET or other public place. Or call him by an offensive or derisive name, or make any noise or exclamation in his presence and hearing with the intent to deride, or annoy him or to prevent him from pursuing his lawful business, occuptation or duty" If he is guilty he faces up 90 DAYS in JAIL and pay a fine of $100.. He was booked into Ouchita Correctional Centre and awaits sentencing..
