And much like roads, there's no more "right" to free water than there is a right to a free car. You have the right to access to affordable, clean, drinking water. The amount of tap water that you actually drink, is literally a few cents a month. The industry is heavily regulated to guarantee this. Don't be a fool. Drinking water is all but literally free.
