Sort of. Not really, though. Maher said he'd donate $5 million to a charity of Trump's choice if Trump could prove he didn't come from an Orangutan father. Trump had his lawyer send Maher a copy of the birth certificate and demand for $5 million. When Maher didn't reply his lawyer filed a breach of contract suite. It was obvious that Maher was joking though, he was mocking Trump for doing the exact same deal to Obama about his birth certificate.
