I had played hundreds, if not thousands of hours throughout my childhood with my siblings and friends... And that was *before* I discovered the competitive scene in 2015. And after becoming a part of that scene (albeit only as a spectator) and really paying attention to the competitive aspects of Melee I'm really convinced there will never be a game quite like it.
