He could just be deemed too inept to fulfill the duties of the Presidency and removed by Congress on recommendation by the Vice President and a majority of his Cabinet, pursuant to Section 4 of the 25th Amendment. Of course, Trump would probably then write a letter to Congress affirming that he's "the best at Presidenting" or whatever, and the VP and Cabinet would just send another letter reiterating "No, guys, he's really not." This would probably go on continuously until 2020. The GOP wouldn't ever be so brazen, especially in light of how it treated him during the campaign trail. If they tried pulling that, it would probably tank their party for a lifetime.
