TopicI didn't realize how important macros were to exercise until i started dieting

before, I would eat like 3,500 calories a day and get enough protein just from eating a lot (but also probably too much fat or carbs)



now I'm not eating so much and I notice my muscles don't recover fast enough. LIke I go into my next workout still fatigued from my last workout.


So now I'm using whey protein and feel much better.
