You still want to get some carbohydrates though. The brain can only use glucose for energy and there is no way for the human body to convert fat to glucose.


There is a way to convert protein to glucose tho bby


Yes, its called gluconeogeneis. But your body doesn't store protein like it does glucose and fat you can only get it from your muscles.
