Topic	Anyone here successfully root an Android phone?

Some of the modern phones make it a lot more difficult (if not impossible) to do now though. They used to make it really easy for you too. "One touch roots" were all the rage. I don't root anymore though because I don't really need to. All the cool features from ROMs get put into main releases now. It also voids your warranty and whatnot. My phone is out of warranty at this point so less of a concern but I wouldn't want to brick it. The battery is just showing its wear and age and I'd love to use naptime to better manage it.
