The closest to that line we've gotten in movies is Mary Jane in Spider-Man 2 saying, "Go get em Tiger!" Also I agree with Dikitain which is why I don't like MJ in the new Spider-Man movie. She acts bored through out the movie and has non of the wit and charm of MJ from the comics.
