I practiced parking in the instructor's car but took the exam in my mom's car, which handled differently. After that, I practiced driving and parking in my mom's car for a couple of hours total and passed the next exam a month later. I think it's important to tell people that if you know what car you're going to use for the driving test, use that car for practice.
