And don't forget being a horribly obvious ass-kisser to guests. I understand if Colbert's show rubs people the wrong way and you don't think it's better than the Tonight Show, but as a comedian, Colbert himself is miles ahead of Fallon. Agreed completely on all points. But at the center of it all what I don't like about him is that he's BLAND.
