Of the 12 seasons where the winner of part 3 DID take the loser of part 3, the winner of part 3 won the game 7 times. Essentially, out of context and based on BB history thus far, if you win part 3 of the final HoH and you take the person you beat in part 3, you have a 58% chance of winning the game.
